  • Company has well laid EHS Policy, headed by CEO.Safety committee is constituted to review safety and environment related issues periodically.

  • Training and awareness program is conducted, to update safety knowledge and standards.

  • Regular monitoring of safety and environment standards.

  • Adequate equipment for Personal safety and fire fighting provided.

  • Continual technical innovation and technology update to reduce the generation of pollutants.

  • Composite effluent treatment facility & recycling of treated stream.

  • Health monitoring of employees through qualified medical professionals.

In order to further improve EHS standard, the management of SGC is developing operating standard as per ISO 14001 : 1996 Environment Management System. EHS programmes are planned, monitored and reviewed at periodic intervals by appropriate management committees.
